I have to say I never could understand why so many people told me over the years why they never really liked listening to the radio because I really didn't see it being all that bad.. 

NOW a DAYS I get it .. WITH THAT F&$%$ing Song BAD ROMANCE.. (PERSONALLY I HATE THAT STUPID SONG!) RAH RAH RAH... BLAH  the problem I am having is that EVERY 3 MIN THE SONG IS BEING REPLAYED OVER AND OVER AGIAN!

I ONLY HOPE SEE HER JUST GO AWAY FOR A WHILE ..  

Founded in 1904 by Amadeo Giannini Bank of Italy was about the America Dream in 1906 after the Earthquake Giannini respected people and believed that with a simple handshake people will do what they can to keep there word and It paid off and he grew a large bank that almost everyone I know and who reads this will no BANK OF AMERICA. 

It was a simple handshake and the word of the person making the request that build that bank up to what it has become today but without the greed and corruption we see today with this bank.. I honestly think he would be turning in his grave if he new what his work has become.

I realize that the sign of the times require change to the surrounding societys today but that change doesn't mean that selfish and greedy management and employees should have the right to pay for big vacations use company jets for personal use ect...

BANK OF AMERICA... YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE CHOOSEN TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.... YOU know alot of people are affraid of change or fear whatever may be worse if they move to another bank .. THE people made your bank what it is today..

I really hope your BANK GO'S UNDER because I know when I grow my MEDIA COMPANY your company will be a target on my list.

If William Randolph Hearst was capable of Making "Marijuana Illegal" with his media empire then you better NOT under estimate my capabilities because I promise you WHEN I set my mind to something I may wait a while to take action BUT when I do take a professional blow I PROMISE YOU I WILL MAKE THAT.... HIT COUNT...   I will get the people to listen and hopefully get them to stop doing business with you as well....

Unless you change your unprofessional/greedy ways .. I WILL WORK MY ASS OFF TO KICK YOU WERE IT HURTS by taking the money and the clients out of your pockets....  IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME .. WATCH ME!

I think I have watched enough and put up with enough stuff in my life time to learn the few lessons in life I think I needed to decide how I choose to continue to live my life. 

I really don't know if I can be the nice person I have tried to be for the last few years but it keeps biting me in the ass and I have had enough .. I am a type 8 personality for god's sake and I have been willing to sacrifice my own thoughts in this life to conform to live like a type 2, 3, 4, 7 to make other people happy because I don't want to seem like an asshole

The problem I am having is that some people take advantage of your respect for human life and your generosity to help them out in their time of need and never show you any sense of being greatful and for some they refuse to pay you back because they want to buy things when they want and refuse to take care of any responablity they may have with their friends and family.. I have had enough with this type of disrespect .. NO MORE, MR NICE GUY!

Don't get me wrong I have many friends I will do anything for and we have a great level of mutual respect for each other but then some are just selfish and maybe even greedy with others generosity.

Then you got banks like BANK OF AMERICA, Wells Fargo, Citi Bank who take billions of dollars from the communities and governments and from there they take advantage of the help they got after the crooked management drives the businesses into a huge dept..  For example I had a credit card that I paid for every month making every single payment then BANK OF AMERICA raises my intrest rate from 14% to 27% because my mother missed a payment on a diffrent joint credit card we had together..

because of this I demanded that this FUCKED up Bank restore my intrest rate back to what it was before the 27% because I feel they had NO right to raise my intrest rate because of a diffrent credit card which I had no responability for and what DID THIS FUCKING BANK DO they reduced my credit limit by $1000 for NO GOD DAMN REASON even after paying the fucking credit card off .. I really think BANK OF AMERICA should have never been bailed out they should have been allowed to go under.

NOW THIS FUCKING BANK CHARGES $35 dollar overdraft fee's, every 5 days, They charge you $8 for over draft protection even after asking them to remove it those lazy assholes have it still linked..  On top of that they have all these NEW FEE's they never gave anyone notice they were going to charge you for and THAT PISSES ME OFF.. they get bailed out because they have a management team with a worthless college degree, a masters in business fraud and it really seems like NO ONE cares and are just letting them do this.. It really pisses me off..

I HEREBY AM GOING TO DECLAIR WAR AGIANST BANK OF AMERICA and all the other FUCKED UP COMPANIES that keep taking advantage of the people who have been doing business with them.

I HAVE SET MY MIND, NOW I AM GOING TO TRAVEL THAT PATH.. and PUT these companies OUT OF BUSINESS or drive customers away from doing business with them until they learn some respect for the people who have worked to build relationships with these businesses.

You know what really pisses me off ..  let me tell you ... don't you just hate the fact that when you get cable all you really watch is like 4 or 5 channels but you are forced to buy a package to get 100 channels most of which you don't watch..  I want to start a patition that will force the cable companies, direct tv, and dish network to sell the channels ala carte so that you can get just the channels you want to watch and aren't forced to pay for channels you don't have any intrest in watching..

I really hope that all of you who read this will support this and stop letting these companies take advantage of you!

Mr Newsom, 

I just want to say we are all sorry you dropped out of the race for govenor. You need to understand your ignorant comments effect who you are as a person and how people look at you as a leader. I VOTED for you before and I will tell you I really think it was a bad decision because you seem to want to be the center of attention .. I voted for you a while back because I thought you would actulay make things better for all people and yet I see how you act now as mayor.. It's ashame because I really do see great potential in you... You just need to take the right path and saying whether "you like it or not!" was very clearly not the way to go.. 

Think about it this way.

 My car registration is $100 and because you would be govenor you could simply say i am going to raise car registration to $400 "whether you like it or not!" do you think that would be the right approach?

Change your attitude and maybe you will have a chance for a senate or govenor seat!~

It's sad to say that I have seen alot of parents who really should never be parent's...Some parents just never really think about their children and think about themselves first... It's a shame that forget we really sometimes forget what we teach our children now, will effect how they interact with our world in the future.

Drugs and Life,

Can be an amazing thing to watch.. People become addicted to almost everything from cigerettes to sex and everything in between. I have many friends who are addicts and sometimes you hope that you can help them deal with it and overcome the addiction they have.. I have try to commit my life to trying to help people work to deal with there addictions and its funny to me because some people have self control and others have NONE.

Sometimes it's really over whelming because YOU pray that your friends have the same self control you do to deal with what you think is a small problem but the reality is much bigger then anyone person can begin to think.

 Lady Gaga,

Can you do me a favor and stick to "recording" music, because as I see it you can dance, BUT you can't really sing live at least in the studio they can alter your voice to make great songs like pokerface (I got a pokerface...LOL), I have watched a few of your live performances and personally I think YOU SUCK live NO OFFENSE!... Your music is great I do like it a few of your songs .. I JUST HATE watching you live I would never spend even $1 to do so.. Step it up and show your talent.. I am sure you must have it cause you made it clear in an interview with yahoo you couldn't decide if you wanted to do Broadway.. RIGHT?  NOTHING personal ..

Does anyone realize anymore that the way we live our lives’ today, do have a long lasting affect on our children, it and May or May not even be destructive to them.

Life as we know is defined in the period of our lives we first learn to love, fear and laugh with others in our life. That's when we define the moral's and standards we live within our lives.

It's the time period of the "Shadow Thought" development. I really find it rather interesting that WE ALL have “Shadow Thoughts” some of us deal with them and some of us do not.. This brings us to the reality around us all.

Give your children life; don’t let your life affect them… I have seen firsthand how it can affect others because I was personally in the line of fire.

The health care program reform is great but how does that involve the people we put in our prison system's?, 40% or more are there because of Drug's or Drug addiction, I think one of the biggest things they seem to be leaving out is the fact that bad people come from bad places, I believe health care reform should be intergraded in and out of the prison system to try and improve mental health as well as physical health. I also think those who show promise to change should be given a second chance. Instead of having repeat offenders of people who may or may not have been instatutionalized. Give people something to believe in instead of telling them you mean nothing to me. 

I have met many people in my life from children, to drug addicts to people who have murdered another person and sentanced to life., I even people who became HIV+ because they wanted to distroy themselves by getting high and not feeling their own personal pain.. because of the life they had been given. I even met people who were addicted to themselves.. . Most of these people we're good people and I was lukly enough to hear their stories. Because it tells me it's time we all share our stories and talk about them and improve the quality of life as we all know it.

I really think we need to find a common ground and work to build rehabilitation communities that improve mental health and that should really be a part of health care reform. 

The world is "Scared" .. It's sad that so many people just want to be loved and want attention so they "Pull a gun" and shoot to get the attention they desire in their lives.

At least that's my opinion

I am not one to talk about my view with politics unless it comes to talking about a better change, I just don't think Gavin Newsom has what it takes right now to help create the change we all need.  Giving him the Power of Governor for California in 2010 would be just wrong!.

I would currently prefer "Jerry Brown" at this present point in time. I voted for Mr Newsom. in his race to be Mayor for San Francico.  I NOW just don't think in my opinion he has been a Good Mayor with almost everything from his "Care not Cash" program to issues dealing with "City Property". I have lived it, I have lived in the communities he managed as a Mayor and spoke to many of the residences and reciepents of his program's, . I even spoke to him, He just hasn't made a positive change without causing more problem's in his current position as Mayor...

I just really can't see how can he possibly make a positive change as Govenor. 

I'll talk more about my reason's later.. I am just creating this as the first entry in my weblog. 

P.S. I do realize that everything I post on the Internet become's public records.

I am posting this because I really think it's time I share my views and hope they help other's make a better decision..
